About Me

I'd say something a tad more creative for a sub-title, but "About Me" really says it all.

Well now. I'm not exactly sure how to describe myself. I could just go with "your average blogger," but it just depends on how and what I blog.

Let's see...

Hello~ My name is Jacquelyne (although any nickname is fine, I suppose), and I'm currently a freshman at Southwestern Community College. A full-time student who is yet undecided, but is hoping that after this semester I will find a major that will help me with whatever career path I take.

I am half Chinese and half Mexican, so whatever stereotypes are out there directing to either or, I take half the damage. Lol.
Nah, I'm just kidding. Although it's one of those jokes I get every so often, it's not like I mind it; I like following along with it? But, hey! I love who I am and my uniqueness, that's the important part. I love embracing my cultures, and I guess that's why I'm more open-minded about certain things since I live in a household with two very different cultures.

Aside from all of that, I'm the type of girl who likes to sit in front of the computer, going though tumblr, and reblogging a bunch of posts that deals with anime, Avatar/Korra, or random crap that gets me laughing. With that, one can tell I just love watching anime/cartoons, haha. I also love to digitally draw as a hobby, though I'm on a semi-hiatus because of school. Lastly, I love to dance to J-Pop/Rock and K-Pop, and I'm currently involved in a K-pop flashmob (so if anybody sees a bunch of people dancing to songs you don't understand that's in the San Diego area (lol that's usually the case), that's probably us. Find me if you can!).

To briefly sum up what this blog is: it will be mostly for the purpose of my current English class for the Bayan community, and, maybe, have some personal reflective posts once in a while, depending on how this works out.

And now you know a bit about me! I hope I didn't bore anybody too much.
